These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 3333x website and all associated services, including cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other products offered on this platform. • You must be at least 21 years of age. 3333x strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 3333x employee.
• You must hold only one active account on the platform. Multiple accounts per person are strictly forbidden and will result in permanent suspension.

3333x reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where eligibility requirements are not met or where the application raises fraud concerns.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user may hold only one registered account on 3333x. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including any wagers placed and transactions made. It is your duty to keep your login credentials confidential and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Account Verification (KYC)

Account Suspension and Closure

3333x reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a user has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In such cases, any pending bonus funds may be forfeited, while verified real-money balances will be returned subject to applicable withdrawal procedures and verification requirements.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration.
